Bidders et al. not to pass any information provided by Ranco as part of business relationship to others and not to commit any illegalities and vice versa. |

Foreign bidders et al. to disclose the name and address of agents and representatives in India and Indian Bidders et al. to disclose their foreign principals or associates. |

Bidders et al. to disclose to Ranco the payments to be made by them to agents/brokers or any other intermediary and vice versa. |

Bidders to disclose to Ranco any transgressions with any other company that may impinge on the anti-corruption principle and vice versa. |
|
Integrity Pact, in respect of a particular contract, would be operative from the stage of invitation of bids till the final completion of the contract that Ranco group and its associate/JV companies decide to enter into. Any violation of the same would entail disqualification of the bidders et al. and exclusion. The same also applies to Ranco Group and the internal workings of the Ranco group and its JV companies/ associate companies and employees. There should be no transgressions/improprieties in that regards. |
